? At China Three Gorges Europe we are looking for a Legal & Compliance Intern to join our Legal & Compliance Department . In this role, you will be responsible of the following tasks:

- Support the Legal & Compliance Department across a broad range of workstreams, including legal research, contract review, corporate governance matters, and day-to-day administrative activities.
- Assist with internal audits, compliance reviews, inspections, and the monitoring of internal control processes.
- Provide support in corporate transactions and other legal matters by preparing documentation, assisting in due diligence processes, and maintaining legal records.
- Assist in responding to legal and compliance queries from business departments and affiliated companies under the supervision of the Legal & Compliance Department.
- Assist in the drafting, review, and organization of legal documents, internal policies, procedures, and compliance materials.
- Maintain legal and compliance records, databases, and documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility.

? Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Law , or equivalent relevant discipline..
- English Advanced level (equivalent to C1-C2)
- Spanish Advanced level (equivalent C1-C2/Native)

Other Valuable Requirements:





- Intermediate to Advanced level of proficiency with Windows OS, MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Communication skills and relationship management, strategic thinking, ability to execute, problem-solving and attention to detail. Agile thinking and problem solving.
- Proactivity, with the ability to work independently. Ability to learn and apply internal procedures. Ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks at once.
