Who you are

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

- Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches

- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting

- Experience with Continuous Improvement and Six Sigma methodologies

- We are looking for a Marketing Manager who will own the Paid media strategy, across Paid Media and ABM

- This candidate will move between strategy and execution as we iterate and innovate how we recruit our customers and engage with them.



The individual will influence and drive functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities include Paid Search, Social, ABM outreach Strategy, programmatic and agency management. The individual will adapt the core components of the EU marketing program based on specific marketplace dynamics

- Manage Paid media strategy, across search and social

- Media Agency management and optimization, including OPEX oversight

- Overall ABM strategy, including Programmatic and Outbound channels

- Manage lead capturing , ABM and lead conversion tools: Pardot, Salesforce, 6sense

- Create, manage and influence MarTech product roadmap and strategy

- Develop tools and capabilities to enable full funnel marketing attribution

- Collaborate with sales operations on enhancing and troubleshooting issues with the lead management process and integrations with marketing automation platforms

- Ensure marketing automation best practices and capture feedback for platform and process enhancements
