Key Responsibilities

- Deliver technical service and application support to Food & General Line customers.
- Conduct regular customer visits to support production, trials, and product implementation.
- Support lacquer application process optimization and coating performance improvement.
- Troubleshoot coating, manufacturing, and can transformation issues.
- Lead product validation, qualification, and technical assessment activities.
- Build strong relationships with customer Quality, Technical, and Operations teams.
- Collaborate with Sales, R&D;, Quality, and Supply Chain to address customer needs.
- Prepare technical reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer processes and product performance.
- Support business growth through outstanding technical partnership and custome
