The job:
Join Thermo Fisher Scientific as Senior Director of Marketing and lead our marketing function forward. In this strategic leadership role, you'll support growth through innovative marketing strategies, with a focus on digital marketing, e-commerce, and demand generation. Working closely with Sales and Portfolio Management teams, you'll lead initiatives that enhance our market presence and operational excellence.
This position offers flexibility while leading a substantial marketing organization. You'll be instrumental in setting strategic direction, deploying marketing teams effectively,



and managing product master data for Thermo Fisher Scientific. Your expertise in digital marketing and e-commerce will be crucial as you develop and implement data-driven marketing tactics that generate revenue growth.
The role involves collaboration with other divisions and external vendors, leveraging our strengths as a large-scale distributor. You'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact through innovative e-commerce initiatives while leading and developing a talented team in an international environment.
This role is office-based and can be based at a number of our European sites. Some international travel will be required – between 30-50% of working time, including overnight stays.
