Location: Europe Shift | Hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote
Role: L2 operational support for the MuleSoft platform, ensuring platform stability, incident resolution and SLA compliance across AWS, Azure and OpenShift. Perform platform troubleshooting and log analysis.
Support deployments, releases and changes.
Perform basic Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and identify recurring issues.
Support Flex/Omni Gateway operations.
Participate in production support meetings, on-call and major incidents.
3–5 years MuleSoft Platform Management, MuleSoft Omni/Flex Gateway, Terraform, OpenShift, GitHub,



basic AWS & Azure, OAuth/OpenID & API Security, ITIL, Argo CI/CD, English C1, Computer Science or equivalent.
