We’re hiring a Partnership Manager in Málaga ?

You’ll have real housing requests and properties to work with from day one — alongside the opportunity to build your own partnerships.

Your role

- Match corporate clients with suitable properties.
- Proactively contact property owners and businesses by phone and email.
- Manage relationships with landlords and corporate accounts.
- Negotiate rental prices, terms and contracts.
- Follow up on offers, close bookings and keep our CRM updated.

You bring at least 2 years of sales experience, strong communication skills and the drive to turn opportunities into results. Confident English is essential; Danish is a plus. Property experience is welcome, but not required.

? Málaga office: The first 3 months are office-based for training and onboarding. After this period, the role follows a hybrid setup with 2 days per week working from home, with the possibility of additional flexibility.

? Compensation:

€1,500–€1,850 gross base salary per month, depending on experience, + uncapped performance-based commission.

At the minimum KPI target, commission is approximately €1,120 per month, while strong performers currently earn up to €3,500 per month in commission.
