We are looking for a motivated and analytical Junior Engineer to join our Supply Chain team. This role combines engineering fundamentals with data-driven decision-making to contribute to suppliers optimization, inventory management, production planning, cost analysis and distribution processes.

The position will work closely with cross-functional teams supporting key initiatives under the guidance of senior team members.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Analyze supply chain performance using data-driven methods to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Support the development and maintenance of cost models for components and products,



contributing to decisions related to design, process optimization, make-or-buy, and manufacturing localization.
- Support to procurement and new suppliers tasks
- Contribute to Value Analysis (VA) and Value Engineering (VE) activities by identifying cost-saving opportunities in both existing and new product designs.
- Evaluate production costs across different manufacturing sites and suppliers, supporting scenario analysis (volume changes, currency fluctuations, supplier changes).
- Participate in process improvement initiatives across transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Develop models and simulations to optimize production planning, inventory levels, and demand forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Support digital transformation initiatives (ERP enhancements, process automation, data analytics tools).
