We’re looking for a hands‑on Customer Experience / Order Management Specialist to join an international organisation in Barcelona.
You’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers and ensuring their orders are handled smoothly from end to end.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage customer orders and resolve issues proactively
- Act as a key point of contact for customers
- Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics and other internal teams
- Work with ERP systems and maintain accurate customer/order data
- Analyse data and work with Excel on a regular basis
- Support Sales with customer information and preparation
- Identify opportunities to improve and digitalise processes
What we’re looking for:
- 2–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Customer Operations, Sales Operations or a similar environment
- Strong ERP experience – SAP is highly preferred
- Good Excel and data analysis skills
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
- Proactive, hands‑on and solution‑oriented mindset xqbhyrx
- Comfortable working under pressure and managing several priorities
- Someone who is not afraid to pick up the phone and proactively speak with customers
- Languages: English, Spanish - French is a bonus
