Experteer Overview
In this role, you will support global finance process optimization and standardization within the Global Finance Innovation COE, helping to close resource gaps and participate in large-scale projects like S4 Hana and Central Finance. You will champion standardized onboarding, define optimal finance structures, and drive automation and new ways of working. You’ll work with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver measurable process improvements and dashboards that enable better decision making.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT / Finance or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of IT, project team and BPI experience
• Advanced English
• Expertise in Finance processes, data analytics, AI, coding, and Power BI development
• Excellent PC skills (MS Office, Power Pivot, Power BI, Oracle/SAP)
• Technical and business thinking
• Team player with ability to work independently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good customer service, time management and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented
