mom'z is Europe’s leading pregnancy retreat, dedicated to reshaping how women experience the transition into motherhood. The company creates five-day, small-group retreats at private estates across Europe, designed in collaboration with leading midwives, perinatal specialists, doulas, and movement teachers. Since 2023, close to 1,000 mothers have attended, with retreats maintaining a 100% five-star rating and strong recommendations from midwives and OB-GYNs, many of whom join during their own pregnancies.

mom’z serves a highly discerning audience of expectant mothers primarily in London, with cohorts also joining from major European cities and beyond, and has been featured in leading publications such as Vogue, Elle, Harper’s Bazaar, and Condé Nast Traveler.

Role Description:

We’re looking for someone to build and run an expert's personal content channel around pregnancy, birth and our retreats - across key social media platforms (focus on Instagram).

You’ll work directly with an expert who brings the knowledge and appears on camera. Your job is to draw out the interesting ideas, turn them into strong content, direct and film the sessions, edit, publish and keep improving what works.

You’ll shape the strategy and own the execution. The person on camera should be able to arrive, share what they know and leave the production to you.

You’ll interview and film an expert, edit the videos yourself and run their social media account. You need fluent English and must be able to attend planned filming sessions in Alicante. Candidates based in Madrid or Valencia are welcome.
