Customer Service Manager

Descripción del puesto:

TASKS/DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the regional Customer Service team, driving priorities, performance and people development.
- Ensure SLA, efficiency and customer satisfaction targets aligned with business priorities.
- Serve as the main contact for Commercial teams and customers, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
- Oversee customer portfolio management, including orders, deliveries,



stock monitoring and replenishment.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with Supply Planning, Logistics and Commercial teams.
- Align customer requirements with production constraints, stock availability and delivery performance.
- Monitor customer stock, forecasts and VMI processes, ensuring timely adjustments and safety stock updates.
- Lead service improvement projects, including VMI, SLA compliance, service optimisation and efficiency initiatives.
- Drive analyses and action plans on service issues, stock deviations, complaints, transport constraints and planning improvements.
- Ensure master data quality and system maintenance for the assigned region.
- Track and report operational KPIs, leading corrective actions when needed.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION/ OTHER TRAINNING:
Mandatory: University Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent.
