Experteer Overview
In this role you drive product assurance for Airbus Crisa’s satellite and launcher development programs. You ensure quality across electrical processes, support project teams, and verify customer requirements are met. You define and implement the Product Assurance Plan and lead quality improvements and risk mitigation. You work with cross-functional teams to maintain conformity and manage non-conformances, contributing to a mission of innovative, reliable space systems.

• Support project teams to succeed and meet customer needs
• Define and apply the Product Assurance Plan and ensure process quality
• Interface with customers on quality aspects and implement the quality plan
• Lead reviews and milestones and justify issues with robust arguments
• Identify quality risks and drive Quality Improvement initiatives and APQP




• Coordinate non-conformance management and root cause analysis (5WHYs, PFMEA)
• Ensure alignment between customer requirements and Airbus Crisa quality know-how
• Contribute to risk mitigation actions and manage quality budget
• Certify product conformity to specifications with quality staff support
• Deliver key documents: Quality Plan, NCR analyses, risk registers, APQP deliverables
• Travel for business as needed
• Demonstrate conformity to processes and requirements at programme level to customers and authorities

Responsabilidades
• u003e2 years experience in product quality assurance or supply chain quality
• Experience in Manufacturing or Testing is a plus
• Advanced English proficiency
