Overview

In this pivotal role, you will own central supply KPIs and oversee cross-market execution of supply programs. You’ll bridge local market needs with global designs to deliver world-class driver experiences while scaling best practices. You’ll translate strategies into regional plans, drive continuous improvements, and optimize recruitment, retention, and engagement of drivers. This position offers a measurable impact on Europe-wide mobility operations and partner ecosystems, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision making and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

- Own supply KPIs (Active/New drivers, Retention, NPS, supply volume)
- Serve as interface between central and local teams, channeling market feedback to influence global program design
- Translate global strategies into regional plans with defined ownership, timelines, and governance
- Analyze driver retention and drive improvements across teams




- Support markets with engagement and acquisition initiatives to meet supply targets
- Develop and optimize driver communications strategies across channels with local and central teams
- Improve driver training based on needs and trends in collaboration with Marketing, QoS, and Product
- Identify product experience improvements for new drivers and provide prioritized, data-backed recommendations to product teams
- Design, test, and scale proactive onboarding and support initiatives for new drivers across journey stages

Requisitos principales

- 6 years of experience in operations, strategy, or business operations, preferably in marketplace or mobility, with leadership experience
- Proven track record scaling operations across multiple markets or European contexts
- Experience in process design, optimization, and cross-functional project management
- Strong data analysis background and use of metrics to drive decisions
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
