Overview

In this role you build and lead talent sourcing and hiring for Factorial’s go-to-market teams. You partner with Hiring Managers and Directors to understand needs, drive the end-to-end recruitment process, and ensure welcoming onboarding. You attract high-caliber candidates and shape innovative teams that support rapid global growth. The role blends hands-on recruiting with People initiatives to improve candidate experience and inclusion.

Responsabilidades

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across disciplines, coordinating with hiring teams and providing timely feedback to candidates.
- Screen candidates through resumes, phone screens, assessments, and behavioral interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing and other teams to understand needs and advise on candidates and priorities.
- Strategize talent discovery through sourcing, events, and community management to identify new talent pools.




- Ensure an excellent candidate experience at every stage of the process.
- Source passive candidates across multiple channels and engage them in the recruitment process.
- Contribute to People initiatives such as analytics, recruitment training, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion (D&I;) and more.

Requisitos principales

- Fluent in English is a must; additional languages (German, French, Portuguese, Italian) are a plus.
- Experience as a Talent Acquisition professional with international or global markets exposure, preferably in tech/scale-up environments.
- Proven ability to fill GTM and cross-functional roles across the organization.
- Willingness to teach, learn, and adapt; strong people skills and rapport-building.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
