Lead the product strategy and evolution of internal billing systems within a fast-growing AI and cloud infrastructure environment. You’ll own the tools, workflows, and automation that keep billing accurate, scalable, secure, and auditable. Working closely with Engineering, Finance, Legal, Sales, Support, and Partner Operations, you’ll translate complex business and compliance needs into effective product solutions. You’ll balance immediate operational challenges with long-term investments that strengthen billing integrity. The role offers significant ownership over automation, reconciliation, access controls, and operational performance. Accountabilities:

you’ll own the billing product roadmap and drive improvements across workflows, automation, controls, and operational processes.
- Own and prioritize the roadmap for billing workflows, balancing risk, compliance, scalability, and immediate operational needs.
- Translate complex enterprise and internal stakeholder requirements into a clear product vision and prioritized initiatives.
- Conduct discovery with Finance, Support, Sales, Partner Operations, and external partners to identify billing lifecycle issues and failure modes.
- Validate and implement automation opportunities that reduce manual work across quota management, billing account setup, reconciliation, and billing corrections.
- Translate regulatory requirements, including SOX and GDPR/DSR, into practical product controls and workflows.
- Write concise PRDs, user stories, and requirements for internal billing consoles, APIs, and reconciliation pipelines.
