We are currently looking for a Scientific Communications Project Specialist to join the Inflammation therapeutic area , working closely with the Medical Writing team. This role is adecuado for an early‑career professional who enjoys hands‑on support and project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide project management support for projects related to medical publications , in close collaboration with the Medical Writing team , particularly within the Inflammation area .
- Gain a strong understanding of the publication platform and support focus markets in the execution of their projects.
- Manage the platform end‑to‑end for assigned projects, including real‑time updates .
- Collect and consolidate author feedback and share it with relevant stakeholders.
- Track and manage timelines and project progress , coordinating with internal and external stakeholders and agencies.
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned projects.
- Support the management and coordination of workshops related to medical publications , especially within the Inflammation area.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Life Sciences (Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, or related disciplines).
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Strong project management skills .
- Well‑organized, service‑oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in dynamic environments and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
Nice to Have
- Understanding of medical publications workflows and Medical Affairs .
- Previous experience in a scientific communication agency or related environments .
- Exposure to project management activities , including experience gained through internships or similar junior roles.
