A profile for leading a Tribe divided into 4 Squads, made up of:

- 5 Android developers
- 4 iOS developers
- 1 Java developer
- 6 QAs
- 4 Technical POs

In addition to the usual Scrum Master responsibilities, we are particularly looking for someone with strong knowledge and experience in tracking agile performance metrics and team KPIs . Their main responsibilities would include:

- Maintaining and continuously improving the tracking reports and dashboards in eazyBI, connected to Jira.
- Ensuring data quality, consistency, and correct interpretation.
- Continuously monitoring team performance and progress against established objectives.
- Identifying deviations, proposing corrective actions, and ensuring proper follow-up until the expected results are achieved.
- Facilitating data-driven decision-making and providing regular visibility into the Tribe's progress.
- Supporting the team in continuously improving its processes, ways of working, and levels of predictability.
