• Lead design and implementation of large-scale ML and GenAI solutions for the Dutch market

Responsabilidades
• Hands-on experience with large language models: fine-tuning, prompt/context engineering, evaluation, and inference optimization
• Experience with speech technologies (ASR, TTS, pronunciation modeling)
• Proficiency in adapting models across languages and markets
• Ability to formulate research problems, design experiments, implement solutions, and communicate results
• Product-focused mindset with emphasis on end-user experience
• Proficiency in Python, Swift, Objective-C, C++ or C; experience on Apple platforms preferred
• M.S., Ph.D. in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
• Professional-level fluency in Dutch with deep cultural familiarity
• Strong ML/NLP background with practical production experience
• Experience building data pipelines, analyzing results, and data-driven decision making
• Strong software design, testing, and maintainability across production codebases
