Director of Sales - Southern Europe - Spain/Italy based remote - €115K basic + €75K comm
An opportunity for an accomplished software sales leader with a proven track record of managing remote teams across Italy and Spain, a strong passion for technology, and a clear focus on driving sustainable business growth.
Your role will include developing and executing effective sales strategies, expanding enterprise accounts and strategic partner relationships, and leading high-performing teams to achieve ambitious revenue targets. Lead and develop a high-performing, enterprise-focused sales team across Southern Europe, building strong executive relationships with strategic accounts.
Drive regional growth targets with strong operational discipline, accurate forecasting, and consistent sales execution.
Lead strategic enterprise opportunities, including executive engagements, account planning, negotiations,



and deal closure.
Embed and champion sales methodology across the sales organisation, coaching teams on qualification, deal progression, forecasting, and value-based selling.
5+ years of software sales experience.
~3+ years of experience managing remote sales teams across Spain and Italy.
~ Native/full professional fluency in Spanish and Italian.
~ Knowledge of Android and Apple ecosystems and their commercial applications.
~ Experience with cloud platforms, including AWS and Azure.
~ Proven experience supporting large-scale IT change management and mission-critical software projects.
~ Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
~ Fluent English, business language.
