Meet the team
We’re looking for a detail-driven, growth-minded Content Specialist to join our inbound marketing team. You’ll work closely with SEO managers and digital PR specialists,



reporting directly to our Head of SEO.

What You’ll Be Doing
Managing Content Operations
- Manage content production — find, onboard, and support freelance and internal contributors, and make sure the work flows smoothly and meets our quality standards.
- Manage and improve workflows in our content tools (like AirOps) and other task management processes to support the scale of operations.
- Manage the content improvement pipelines, ensuring everything published keeps raising quality, SEO, and brand standards.

Collaborating with other teams
- Team up with social, brand, and design teams to enrich content with multimedia, user-generated content, or promotional assets that can’t be automated via AI.
- Work with our SEO & LLM specialists to ensure our content is optimized for AI search visibility and impact
- Work with our SEO & LLM Analytics manager to ideate and launch experiments to improve content performa
