Lead the next phase of growth for a technology-driven B2B business transforming a traditional industry through digital procurement.
You’ll own the overarching growth strategy across Performance Marketing, Product Marketing, CRM, and Sales Development.
Your mission will be to build a scalable, measurable growth engine that consistently generates high-quality demand and revenue opportunities.
You’ll lead an experienced team while working closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Account Management.
The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, data-driven decision-making, and continuous experimentation.
You’ll also explore AI and automation opportunities to improve marketing performance, operational efficiency, and customer retention.

Accountabilities

Lead, coach, and develop the Marketing and Sales Development functions, creating clear direction, accountability, and a high-performance culture.

Build and execute a scalable, multi-channel growth strategy spanning paid acquisition, organic channels, CRM, Product Marketing, and lead qualification.

Drive measurable improvements in lead generation, pipeline contribution, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and return on advertising spend.

Align Marketing and Sales Development closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Account Management to optimize the full customer journey.

Improve lead qualification, sales development processes, first-deal conversion, and handovers to Account Management.
