Recruiting at BASF is becoming simpler, faster and more manager-driven, supported by automation and AI. Within our global HR Solutions / Talent Management organization, you will act as a consultant and project manager for our Talent Acquisition platform and processes, driving the transition to SAP SmartRecruitersstrategic initiatives and shape how the platform landscape evolves. You work at the intersection of HR IT, the recruiting organization and external implementation partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- You play a key role in BASF's future transition from SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM/CSB) to SAP SmartRecruiters by defining target processes, evaluating solution designs, supporting migration activities, and ensuring successful implementation and business adoption.
- You will help shape BASF's future Talent Acquisition technology landscape and play a key role in the transformation towards AI-enabled, manager-centric recruiting.
- You evaluate and introduce AI-supported recruiting capabilities, ensuring business value, regulatory compliance and responsible AI governance.




- You consult and support global business stakeholders on complex functional and technical topics related to our recruiting solutions in SAP SuccessFactors.
- You translate business requirements into solution designs, assess impacts across processes, data, integrations and reporting, and present recommendations to senior stakeholders and project committees.
- You lead Project Workstreams to design & implementation activities, and continuous optimization of recruiting processes and digital Talent Acquisition solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements, compliance standards, and global HR strategies.
- You steer external implementation partners and service providers on scope, quality and delivery

QUALIFICATIONS
- Several years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM) and Career Site Builder (CSB) in a integral enterprise environment
