We are looking for highly experienced consultants with expertise in Digital Transformation, Artificial Intelligence, Product Management, Portfolio Strategy, Program Management or related disciplines to help shape and accelerate a large-scale business transformation initiative spanning commercial processes, digital platforms, data, analytics, and AI capabilities.

You will work directly with senior business, technology, product, and transformation leaders, contributing to strategic decision-making, value realization, AI adoption, portfolio governance, and transformation delivery across a complex international environment.

Your Impact

You will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of projects, facilitating communication between IT and business sponsors, and presenting updates to senior leadership. Your focus will extend beyond technology, ensuring that projects deliver tangible value and measurable impact to the organization.

What You Will Do

- Defining and executing digital transformation and AI strategies.
- Identifying and prioritizing high-value business and technology initiatives.
- Driving AI-enabled business transformation and value realization.
- Managing portfolios, roadmaps, investment decisions, and governance processes.
- Leading program management activities, OKRs, KPIs, and executive reporting.
- Translating business requirements into scalable digital solutions and product roadmaps.




- Designing and improving end-to-end business processes across Lead-to-Order, Order-to-Delivery, and Delivery-to-Cash.
- Building business cases, value frameworks, analytics dashboards, and performance management models.
- Driving data governance, data quality, and AI-data readiness initiatives.
- Collaborating across Product, Technology, Commercial, Operations, Finance, and Data teams.
- Producing executive-level presentations, recommendations, and decision materials.

What We're Looking For

Required

- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Significant experience in Management Consulting, Business Transformation, Digital Transformation, AI Strategy, Product Management, Portfolio Management, Program Management, Data Governance, or Analytics.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Proven ability to operate in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Experience developing business cases, strategic roadmaps, governance models, or transformation programs.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
