We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Success team to be based in our Antwerp office. This role would require a relocation to Belgium.
The Role
The Customer Success Manager role will cover a wide range of account management, onboarding, and client growth tasks,
as it liaises with the Delivery, Sales, and Product teams. The Customer Success Manager will:
- Serve as the primary reference point for clients throughout their entire lifecycle with MotorK, taking full account management ownership.
- Own the customer onboarding journey from contract signature to successful product go-live, ensuring product activation aligns with the dealer’s digital strategy and signed SLA.
- Conduct structured onboarding sessions, translate client requirements into clear delivery briefs, and manage cross-functional execution.
- Drive adoption, prevent churn, and execute upselling/cross-selling activities to meet individual and team revenue goals.
- Provide ongoing digital marketing, lead generation, and lead management expertise using the DealerK Method.
- Track and report on key account metrics, including NPS, retention, time-to-go-live, and product adoption rates.
