Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead Quality u0026amp; Food Safety across PepsiCo’s European beverage network, spanning 45+ bottling sites. You’ll collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure GMP, HACCP, and GFSI compliance, drive CAPA and continuous improvement, and support new plants and processes. The role involves frequent international travel and close partnership with Ru0026amp;D, FSQA, and Operations to safeguard product quality and food safety. This is a high-impact, autonomous position shaping QFS standards across Europe.
Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Lead QFS programs across Europe FOBO for 45+ franchise sites
• Ensure compliance with QFS standards, GMP, HACCP, QAS, AIB and GFSI; close CAPA promptly
• Lead QAS audits, drive risk-based follow-up, and continuous improvement
• Monitor QFS KPIs, identify risks, and drive site performance improvements
• Oversee qualification, validation, and commissioning of new plants, lines, equipment and processes
• Provide technical support and capability-building to franchise sites
• Investigate product incidents, perform root-cause analyses, and implement mitigations
• Collaborate with Ru0026D, FSQA, PGCS, Technical Services, Operations on commercialization and validation initiatives
• Support bottlers with productivity initiatives and improvement opportunities
Responsabilidades
• Degree in a relevant technical or scientific field (see education)
• Extensive experience in Quality, Food Safety and Manufacturing within beverages
• Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, Food Safety Systems, auditing (AIB, GFSI)
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate complex issues into practical solutions
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to influence and lead change across multiple sites and functions
• Self-starter capable of independent work and managing multiple priorities
• Strong Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and CAPA methodologies
• Experience with problem-solving tools (5 Why, Ishikawa, Pareto)
• Willingness to travel 25–50% across Europe and BCCA
