You will be responsible for a portfolio of scaling mid-sized businesses and tech innovators operating in a fast-paced environment. Your main goal is to create strong commercial alliances, accelerate feature integration, prevent client churn, and uncover revenue expansion channels within your accounts.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Onboarding & PPC Strategy:



Act as lead contact for new client launches while crafting tailored PPC strategy frameworks.
- Proactive Client Engagement: Drive regular outbound telephone campaigns across your accounts to train clients, cultivate trust, and grow revenues.
- Needs Assessment & Custom Setup: Evaluate client requirements to build customized, high-yield campaign setups that generate fast returns.
- CRM & Portfolio Management: Keep clean, detailed records of customer touchpoints and account notes inside internal CRM software.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track key campaign data points and present actionable performance reports to client decision-makers.
- Funnel & Content Integration: Assist clients in connecting Google Ads to broader conversion funnels, optimizing landing pages and audience tests.
- Market Feedback Loop: Feed local market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer sentiment from Germany back to internal teams.
