Senior Product Owner in Madrid driving the SmartSales platform within an AI-enabled, agile delivery environment. You’ll align cross-country stakeholders, translate needs into measurable outcomes, and guide discovery to production. You’ll help modernise delivery practices, embed AI agents, and improve speed, quality, and collaboration across teams. Responsabilidades

- Own and prioritise the SmartSales backlog to maximise business value and delivery capacity
- Translate business needs into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and measurable outcomes
- Collaborate with Scrum Master, Engineering, QA, SRE, Architecture, UX, and stakeholders to ensure end-to-end agile delivery
- Identify AI-enabled use cases to improve productivity, quality, traceability, and efficiency
- Support roadmap, release planning, stakeholder communication, and risk/impact reporting




- Promote platform ownership, continuous improvement, and a customer-focused product mindset
- Coordinate needs across Europe and Latin America to balance priorities and dependencies
- Embed AI-assisted practices into the software development lifecycle

Requisitos principales

- Computer Engineering, Business, Product Management, or a related degree
- + 5 years of professional experience in IT, digital products, business analysis, or product ownership
- Proven experience as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar in agile teams
- Strong experience defining requirements, epics, stories, acceptance criteria, and product xugodme increments
- Experience managing stakeholders, dependencies, and priorities across business and technology teams
- Good understanding of software delivery lifecycle, agile methods, quality practices, release management, and operational support
- Interest in AI-assisted delivery, generative AI tools, automation, or AI agents in product/software development
- Advanced English for international communication
