About the Role

Join our Industry Solutions Engineering team to design secure, scalable solutions using Xoople’s data and technology capabilities. You will connect customer needs with Product, Engineering, Commercial teams, and technology partners, helping integrate trusted Earth intelligence into business workflows and demonstrate clear customer value.

Impact You Own

- Translate customer and industry requirements into practical, high-value solutions using Xoople’s data and technology capabilities.
- Design and deliver secure, scalable integrations that embed Earth intelligence into enterprise, data, and geospatial workflows.
- Build reusable solution patterns, accelerators, APIs, and technical assets that shorten delivery times and enable adoption across customers and sectors.
- Develop Minimum Viable Solutions that demonstrate technical feasibility, measurable customer value, and readiness to scale.




- Partner with Product, Engineering, Commercial teams, and technology partners to share customer insight, shape product decisions, and resolve technical challenges.
- Build customer and partner confidence through well-governed, reliable solutions, clear technical documentation, and compelling demonstrations.

What We’re Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience; excellent written and spoken English.
- 6+ years of hands-on experience designing and delivering cloud-native Data & AI products or platforms across the full product and software development lifecycle.
- Proven experience translating customer requirements into secure, scalable solutions that deliver measurable business value.
- Strong systems architecture expertise across enterprise integration, data flows, distributed systems, and microservices patterns.
- Hands-on experience in several of the following: major cloud platforms, APIs, SDKs, web services, databases, Python, Data & AI tooling, GIS technologies, satellite imagery, and Earth observation data.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills,



with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences and collaborate autonomously across international teams.

What Makes You Stand Out

8+ years of relevant industry experience; an advanced degree or relevant cloud, data, AI, or geospatial certification; experience developing data products with AI models and data science; and hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Databricks, the Esri Enterprise stack, Docker, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, or CI/CD practices.
