Overview

In this role you will optimize manufacturing processes within the Work Preparation team to support production ramp-up and continuous improvement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams on PPS/SOIs and line balancing, and contribute to new media industrialization efforts. The position offers exposure to high-profile aerospace programs and a chance to shape manufacturing processes at Airbus. You will work in a dynamic, collaborative environment that values initiative and impact.

Responsabilidades

- Optimize existing processes with cross-functional teams and prepare PPS and SOIs
- Conduct line balancing to support ramp-up and productivity
- Implement new manufacturing tools and technologies for new media industrialization




- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for products and processes

Requisitos principales

- Education: Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or related discipline
- Experience: minimum 5 years in Manufacturing or Engineering
- Languages: Advanced English
- Technical knowledge: Line balancing calculations, composite materials experience, advanced CATIA skills
- Soft skills: high adaptability, autonomy, proactivity, accountability
- Nice to have: Master’s degree in a relevant field
