? What You'll Do

Technical Leadership

- Act as the technical reference for the team.
- Support developers in technical decision-making and problem-solving.
- Drive engineering best practices and technical excellence.
- Promote scalable, secure, and maintainable software development.

Architecture & Solution Design
- Analyze upcoming features and business requirements.
- Design end-to-end technical solutions.
- Define architectural approaches and evaluate alternatives.
- Ensure alignment between business needs and technical implementation.

Development
- Contribute to the implementation of complex full-stack solutions.
- Support the evolution of the platform architecture.
- Design and optimize APIs, databases, and integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues.

Code Quality & Mentoring
- Perform code reviews and ensure compliance with standards.
- Identify and reduce technical debt.
- Promote automated testing and quality practices.
- Mentor and coach team members.

Collaboration
- Work closely with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, and cross-functional teams.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and technical discussions.




- Foster knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

✅ What We're Looking For

- Strong experience as a Technical Lead, Software Architect, or Senior Full Stack Engineer.
- Advanced knowledge of TypeScript.
- Strong experience with ReactJS.
- Strong experience with Node.js, Express.js, and REST APIs.
- Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
- Experience with automated testing and code reviews.
- Experience delivering scalable and secure software solutions.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Experience with Redis.

? Language: Excellent written and spoken English.
