Experteer Overview
You will anchor Siri’s Polish market, shaping end-to-end ML and GenAI solutions that deliver native, culturally aware experiences. You’ll work across ML, data, and software to deploy scalable systems, fine-tune LLMs, and adapt models for multilingual contexts. This role combines research with production impact, collaborating with integral partner teams to scale a world-class voice assistant. You’ll help drive meaningful user experiences for millions of customers while advancing Siri’s global AI foundation.

• Lead design and implementation of large-scale ML and GenAI solutions for the Polish market
• Serve as technical anchor for Polish localization, collaborating with Apple teams
• Work across ML, data, and software engineering to deliver end-to-end systems
• Apply LLMs, agentic approaches, tool calling, and retrieval-augmented generation in production
• Adapt models for multilingual and cross-lingual contexts and low-resource settings
• Evaluate, fine-tune, and optimize models for inference and user experience

Responsabilidades
• Hands-on experience with large language models: fine-tuning, prompt/context engineering, evaluation, inference optimization
• Experience with speech technologies (ASR, TTS, pronunciation modeling)
• Multilingual and cross-lingual modeling, transfer learning, or low-resource adaptation
• Ability to define research problems, design experiments, implement solutions, and communicate results
• Strong product focus and end-user experience orientation
• Proficiency in Python, Swift, Objective-C, C++ or C; Apple platforms experience preferred
• MS or PhD in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Professional fluency in Polish with deep cultural understanding
• Experience applying ML/NLP to deliver products; solid software design and production code experience
• Experience handling data at scale, dataset curation, analysis, and data-driven decision making
