Olivum Languages & Culture is expanding its network of freelance Spanish teachers to deliver live online Spanish lessons to adult learners and professionals.

We are specifically looking for qualified and experienced teachers of Spanish as a foreign language (ELE).

About the Role We are looking for experienced, dynamic and engaging Spanish teachers to collaborate with Olivum Languages & Culture on a freelance basis.

The role involves teaching Spanish as a foreign language to adult learners, many of whom are professionals working in international and corporate environments.

Our approach is practical, communicative and learner-centred. Teachers are expected to adapt their sessions and materials to each learner's Spanish level, objectives, interests and professional context.

This position is specifically for language teachers. Previous professional experience in our learners' industries is welcome but is not a requirement.

Requirements

- Proven experience teaching Spanish as a foreign language (ELE)
- Excellent command of Spanish at native or near-native level
- Good command of English
- Experience teaching adult learners
- Experience delivering live online language lessons
- A dynamic, engaging and communicative teaching style
- Ability to adapt lessons and materials to different levels and learning objectives
- Confidence using digital tools and online teaching environments
- Professional, reliable and organised approach
- Ability to issue a valid invoice for freelance services





Teaching Experience We Particularly Value We would especially like to hear from Spanish teachers who have experience teaching adult professionals and adapting Spanish lessons to learners working in different professional sectors.

Some of our learners work in areas such as:

- Business and corporate environments
- Project Management
- Sports and the sports industry
- International companies and B2B environments

Experience teaching Spanish to professionals from these or other specialised sectors will be considered an advantage. Please note that we are not looking for Project Managers, Business Consultants or Sports professionals for this position. We are looking for Spanish language teachers who may have experience teaching learners from these professional backgrounds.
