MISSION The Senior Director, Global Project Team Lead is accountable for end-to-end strategy, execution, and value delivery of one or more high-priority programs from pre-IND to launch. The role integrates science, operations, and market insights into coherent plans, manages risk/return trade-offs, and ensures disciplined decision making and transparency.

The incumbent leads cross-functional teams (nonclinical, CMC, clinical, regulatory, safety, commercial), manages external partners, and prepares programs for key governance and regulatory milestones.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES





- Own program strategy, plan, budget, and OKRs; report to governance with clear recommendations.
- Lead cross-functional delivery and vendor oversight; resolve issues and manage change control.
- Maintain integrated risk registers and scenarios; drive mitigation and contingency planning.
- Align TPP, study designs, and CMC/clinical plans with regulatory and commercial objectives.
- Prepare for filings, advisory meetings, and launch readiness.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

- Advanced degree in Life Sciences/Medicine; MBA a plus.
- 15+ years in pharma/biotech with program leadership across stages.
- Demonstrated success at major milestones (PoC, pivotal start, submission).
- Financial acumen, negotiation, and influence at executive level.
- Fluency in English; general mindset.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

- Experience in co-development alliances and complex governance.
- Exposure to expedited pathways and launch execution.
- Portfolio/Enterprise trade-off facilitation experience.
