The Role

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading the daily operations and commercial performance of our Valldemossa store. You will ensure excellence in client experience, team leadership, and operational standards while driving sales growth and representing the values of the Majorica brand.

You will play a key role in developing a high-performing team, building strong client relationships, and creating memorable experiences that reflect our Mediterranean heritage and commitment to excellence.

Your Responsibilities Team Leadership

- Lead, inspire, and develop the boutique team.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and performance-oriented culture.
- Coach and motivate the team to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales objectives.
- Set clear goals and monitor individual and team performance.
- Support talent development and succession planning.

Client Experience

- Deliver an exceptional and personalized client journey.
- Lead by example on the sales floor.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with local and international clients.
- Drive clienteling initiatives and customer loyalty.
- Ensure the boutique consistently reflects the image and values of the Majorica brand.

Commercial Performance

- Drive sales, productivity,



and KPI achievement.
- Identify opportunities to improve business performance and client engagement.
- Analyze results and implement action plans to achieve targets.
- Ensure the successful execution of product launches, activations, and seasonal initiatives.
- Monitor market trends and local opportunities to maximize boutique performance.

Operations

- Ensure operational excellence and compliance with company standards.
- Oversee stock management and inventory control.
- Maintain visual merchandising excellence and boutique presentation.
- Guarantee efficient day-to-day operations and administrative processes.
- Ensure health, safety, and security procedures are followed.

What Is Important for the Role

- Previous experience as Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager within premium, luxury, lifestyle, or fashion retail.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Commercial mindset with solid analytical capabilities.
- Passion for luxury retail and delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, international, and customer-focused environment.
- Fluent Spanish and English required. Additional languages such as German or French will be highly valued.
- Knowledge of the Mallorca market and international tourism environment is a plus.
