As Data Workstream Manager you enable successful ERP transformations by ensuring data readiness, quality, governance, and seamless integration across general deployments. You coordinate among business units, IT, ERP delivery teams, and external partners to minimize risks and support go-live stability. The role focuses on data standardization, migration, and integration strategy within a fast-paced, multinational environment. You will lead cross-regional data activities and drive impactful data outcomes aligned with the program’s transformation goals. This remote-in-Spain position offers broad collaboration, development opportunities, and international exposure.

Responsabilidades
• 7+ years in ERP data migration, data governance, or master data management
• Experience on large-scale ERP implementations in international or multi-site environments
• Knowledge of data integration concepts (APIs, middleware, ETL) and ERP data structures
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage complex, cross-functional data activities
• Effective stakeholder communication; fluent in English; comfortable in a global collaboration setting
