What You´ll Do:
- Coordinate pharmaceutical event logistics: Manage operational details of conferences and seminars | Negotiate with suppliers (hotels, catering, audiovisuals)



| Optimize budgets while maintaining quality standards.
- Plan transportation and accommodations: Coordinate ground transportation (bus/taxi/private transfer) for attendees and speakers | Manage hotel reservations | Ensure seamless travel experiences.
- Ensure regulatory compliance: Maintain adherence to pharmaceutical industry regulations | Keep compliance documentation | Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams.
- Manage stakeholders and communication: Collaborate with Marketing and Sales, departments | Align event objectives | Coordinate with internal teams.
- Resolve operational challenges: Handle last-minute changes | Manage contingencies during event execution | Ensure event continuity.
- Manage administrative and financial processes: Track budgets and event expenses | Process invoices from suppliers and clients | Monitor payments and reconcile accounts | Close out event financials.
