Their main duty is to advise our banking clients in innovative ways to reduce their cost.

Their responsibilities include

- Analysing of Spend/Budget (internal & External cost) - Identifying and quantifying value initiatives - Detailed design of initiatives of several types: Strategic sourcing, demand management, digitalization and reengineering of processes, outsourcing definition, restructuring… - Value Realization Office: Management of the implementation of large savings programs
