We're looking for a Talent Manager to lead learning, development and key People initiatives that help build a high-performing culture and support our international growth.

What you'll do

- Lead Learning & Development initiatives across the organization.
- Design and implement talent, performance and career development programs.
- Manage and optimize our LMS and digital learning experience.
- Drive leadership development and employee growth initiatives.
- Lead strategic People projects and HR programs.
- Partner with managers to strengthen capabilities and support organizational development.

What we're looking for

- 5+ years of experience in Talent Management,



Learning & Development, Organizational Development or HR Projects.
- Experience managing LMS platforms and learning initiatives.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on, proactive and business-oriented mindset.
- Fluent English (C1/C2) is essential.
