As Accounts Receivable Teamlead in our AR Services team, you drive the daily cash register operations and reconciliations across countries. You’ll lead and develop the team while ensuring accurate month-end activities and strict internal controls. You will partner with Finance, Treasury, stores, and GBS leadership to resolve complex incidents and optimize processes. This role offers impactful work in a dynamic, international retail environment with a focus on efficiency and automation.

Responsabilidades

- Oversee daily cash register operations and ensure precise reconciliation of payment methods
- Lead, coach, and onboard team members, balancing workload and performance feedback




- Ensure alignment of month-end and year-end closings for cash register and AR processes
- Monitor KPIs and enforce internal controls and standard procedures
- Act as contact point for complex incidents, escalations, and account discrepancies
- Collaborate with Country Finance, Treasury, stores, and GBS leadership
- Identify bottlenecks and support standardization, continuous improvement, and automation projects

Requisitos principales

- Hands-on AR operations experience including cash register processes and payment reconciliations
- Proven xugodme leadership and team management abilities
- Strong SAP proficiency and advanced Excel/Microsoft Office skills
- Solid understanding of month-end closings, internal controls, and KPI reporting
- Analytical mindset with risk analysis and workflow optimization capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication
