The Person
- Operative and communicative
- Person with ability to work in team
- Ability to listen and transmit customer information
- Kindness in the treatment of others
- Person with capacity to assume criticisms and adapt xqbhyrx to new procedures
- Good level in Excel
- Knowledge of other software’s (ESKER, EDICOM)
- SAP knowledge
- Experience in customer service and management of incidents
