Overview

In this role you will develop and implement sustainability strategies for building projects, supporting clients on decarbonization and energy performance. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage client relations in national and international projects. You’ll supervise technical work and contribute to reports, tenders, and proposals. Responsabilidades

- Develop and implement sustainability strategies for building projects
- Advise clients on sustainability and decarbonization matters
- Coordinate multidisciplinary work with architecture and engineering teams




- Direct client management and participate in technical and commercial meetings
- Provide technical supervision of work teams and support junior profiles
- Prepare reports and technical documentation
- Participate in tenders, bids, and technical proposals

Requisitos principales

- Around 5 years of experience with environmental certifications LEED, BREEAM, WELL or similar
- Ability to manage clients and coordinate teams
- Experience or interest in sustainability consulting for national and international projects
- Knowledge of energy efficiency strategies, carbon footprint, circular economy, European taxonomy, and environmental analysis
- Knowledge of LEED AP certification, BREEAM assessor accreditation, energy simulation, and BIM is valued
- Team player with technical excellence; able to work independently with an innovative mindset
