This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Lifecycle Specialist, Workers Compensation based in Spain.

This role offers the opportunity to shape and manage Workers’ Compensation insurance operations within a globally distributed employment environment. You will oversee insurance programs, coordinate with brokers and insurers, and support employees and customers across multiple countries. The position combines insurance portfolio management, risk financing, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement. You will help ensure that coverage, claims processes, renewals, and related activities are handled accurately, efficiently, and compliantly. Strong analytical skills and process discipline will be important as you identify risks, evaluate opportunities, and translate data into actionable recommendations. Working asynchronously with international teams, you will have significant ownership while contributing to a broader employee lifecycle operation.

Accountabilities




- Support the administration and ongoing management of general insurance programs, with a particular focus on Workers’ Compensation insurance.
- Coordinate insurance renewal processes, ensuring timely and accurate submissions, documentation, negotiations, and follow-up with brokers and insurers.
- Work with internal stakeholders and external partners to collect the information required for insurance placements, renewals, policy administration, and compliance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of insurance policies, certificates, claims documentation, and related materials.
- Analyze risk financing options and contribute recommendations designed to balance appropriate coverage with cost efficiency.
- Assist with developing and implementing risk management policies, procedures, and operational processes.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret insurance and risk-management data, identifying trends, potential exposures
