Experteer Overview
In this role you will drive technical data initiatives and oversee cross-functional delivery to support data-informed decision-making and scalable solutions. You’ll partner with game teams, engineering, analytics, and revenue operations to ensure initiatives are well-defined, tested, and delivered into live environments. You will coordinate stakeholders, manage timelines and risks, and translate technical updates into clear guidance. This is a hybrid Barcelona position within a globally focused, collaborative team that shapes measurement, reports, and operational efficiency.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Drive end-to-end execution of technical data projects
• Serve as central coordination point for stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery
• Manage timelines, risks and dependencies with proactive mitigation
• Communicate project status, risks, insights, and opportunities to leadership and cross-functional teams
• Own and maintain documentation for technical processes, data flows, and reporting best practices (Jira, Confluence)
• Translate technical/analytical updates into actionable guidance for stakeholders




• Build strong relationships across Analytics, Product, Engineering, and Revenue Operations to improve workflows
• Coordinate implementation and maintenance of measurement, tracking and reporting across products and platforms
• Support data quality, governance and compliance by identifying inconsistencies and coordinating resolutions
• Contribute to performance trend analysis to support continuous improvement and informed decision-making

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of experience in technical project management or related field
• Excellent communication, organization and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
• Experience with software development, data or analytics teams and managing projects
• Comfortable translating technical and analytical concepts for diverse audiences
• Experience in mobile gaming, digital products, marketing analytics, monetisation or revenue operations is a plus
