- You will be responsible for planning technical and repair processes and services for diverse and complex shipboard equipment.
- You will lead the development of definitive work specifications, cost estimates and material requirements for overhauls/repairs.
- You will review specifications to ensure required level of quality assurance is incorporated in the job specifications.
- You will develop long-range plans for accomplishing current and projected workload schedules.
- You will analyze costs to assist in future estimate development and determination opportunities for efficiencies.
- You will manage division finances, productivity and process improvement
- You will lead a team by identifying, distributing and balancing workload and tasks among employees.
- You will train team members in methods and techniques of team building and working in teams to accomplish tasks or projects.
