Overview

As Operations and Finance Manager at Zurich Duo, you will partner with the CEO to shape and execute Zurich’s vision through strong financial stewardship and operational excellence. You will supervise day-to-day operations, budgets, forecasts, and delivery quality across brand experience projects. Your work enables data‑driven decision making and process optimization at scale, contributing to growth and a culture of collaboration. Responsabilidades

- Own end-to-end budgeting (annual and quarterly) for the agency and monitor variances
- Support pricing and profitability analysis for experiential campaigns and project-based work
- Ensure accurate cost allocation, chargebacks, and cross-charges across client programmes
- Prepare financial reports and dashboards (revenue pipeline, utilisation, margins) for leadership
- Lead pricing and profitability analysis across the agency portfolio
- Manage month-end and year-end processes (accruals, provisions, reconciliations)
- Provide strategic financial direction to support growth and evolution
- Design and improve core agency processes (briefing, scoping, approvals, resourcing, billing)
- Coordinate capacity planning across internal teams, partners, and freelancers
- Set up operational KPIs (utilisation, project cycle time,



client satisfaction) and governance of processes and playbooks
- Oversee all agency pillars to ensure delivery quality across brand experience work
- Ensure adherence to Zurich policies (procurement, data protection, brand and compliance)
- Support contracting and vendor management for production partners and event suppliers
- Implement controls around approvals, PO creation, spend limits, and vendor onboarding
- Act as point of contact for internal audit, risk, and compliance queries related to agency operations
- Define and drive the company-wide AI strategy and roadmap, leading cross-functional teams to implement AI solutions and scale them
- Establish AI governance and foster adoption through training and change management
