What You Can Expect
- Manage and maintain website content, digital assets and page structures through the CMS and Vitra’s asset management platform
- Collaborate with marketing, design and other stakeholders to plan, create and publish digital content
- Support the development of content concepts, page layouts and website structures aligned with user needs
- Create wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps and screen flows to improve the digital customer experience
- Define and optimize customer journeys across digital touchpoints
- Monitor usability performance,
prepare insights and reports, and recommend improvements
- Identify UX challenges and implement measures to improve user flows, navigation and calls-to-action
- Communicate concepts, design ideas and prototypes effectively to development teams and colleagues
How You Can Convince
- BS/MS Degree in Digital Media, Digital Marketing, Communication Design or a related field
- Strong knowledge of CMS platforms and digital asset management systems
- Advanced knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator, as well as tools such as Figma or Sketch
- Good understanding of HTML/CSS; knowledge of JavaScript is an advantage
- Experience in UX/UI design principles, usability testing and information architecture
- Project management and research experience
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English
