Sales Development Representative – DACH
German-speaking | Cybersecurity | Barcelona

Are you a German-speaking sales professional based in Barcelona and looking for your next challenge in tech?
We are recruiting a Sales Development Representative for the DACH market to join the growing Barcelona team of an international company operating in the cybersecurity space.
You’ll be responsible for developing new business opportunities across Germany, Austria and Switzerland, working closely with the sales team to identify, approach and engage potential customers.

What you’ll be doing
Prospecting and developing new business opportunities across the DACH market
Reaching out to potential customers through calls, email and LinkedIn
Engaging decision-makers and generating qualified meetings
Understanding prospects’ challenges and creating interest in cybersecurity solutions
Building and managing your pipeline in collaboration with the sales team

What we’re looking for
Fluent German, with the confidence to conduct outbound sales conversations with DACH customers




Previous experience in B2B sales, business development, SDR/BDR or a client-facing commercial role
Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold calling
Strong communication skills and the ability to create impact quickly
Autonomous, proactive and results-driven
Interest in technology and cybersecurity
Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate

Previous cybersecurity experience is not required . We’re also interested in strong commercial profiles who want to take the next step into a more strategic B2B tech sales environment.
