Proven track record in pharmaceutical/biotech sales leadership, within Specialty Care.
Demonstrated experience leading and developing field‐based commercial teams with strong coaching capability.




Strong business acumen, analytical and strategic skills—ability to translate data (market data, Veeva insights, competitive intelligence) into concrete commercial plans.
Excellent stakeholder‐management skills and ability to collaborate cross‐functionally with medical, marketing, and patient access teams.
Proven commercial leadership with successful product launches
