Overview In this role you will drive the development, execution and commercial performance of strategic partnerships within Santanders Trade Finance and Working Capital Solutions. You will build and manage relationships with key partners, translate opportunities into business initiatives, and lead end-to-end execution of projects and transactions. Maintain senior stakeholder relationships across partner organizations
Create partnership strategies and joint business plans aligned with commercial objectives
Support negotiation of business cases, commercial models, and agreements
Coordinate cross-functional teams (product, technology, operations, legal, risk, compliance, sales)
Address operational, legal, risk, technology, and process requirements to enable execution
Monitor live transactions to ensure service and commercial objectives are met
Take ownership of commercial performance,



defined revenue targets, KPIs, and budgets
Provide regular performance updates to senior management
Represent Santander in senior-level discussions with partners
Experience in business development, strategic partnerships, and complex project/transaction execution
Strong commercial orientation with revenue targets and business plans
Experience working with stakeholders across product, sales, operations, technology, legal, risk, and compliance
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Engineering or related field
Fluent English; other languages advantageous
Relationship-building with senior stakeholders
Business acumen and ability to spot commercial opportunities
Project management and transaction execution capabilities
