Overview

In this role you will support governance, maintenance and quality of finance master data used in SAP Central Finance. You will help ensure accurate replication of financial information across source ERP systems into CFIN and learn how finance processes, data and reporting connect in a global organization. This is a finance role with a strong systems and data component, offering growth in process improvement, ERP and digital transformation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners, taking ownership and driving topics to closure. This is a hands-on role with a meaningful impact on data quality and global finance standards.

Responsabilidades

- Maintain finance master data in SAP MDG-F and SAP Central Finance
- Assess updates to master data from source ERPs and decide on MDG-F changes
- Analyze requests for alignment with global finance standards and the Common Information Model
- Manage master data requests through approvals and resolutions with regional/global approvers
- Support data harmonization, mapping and replication across ERP systems
- Participate in testing and training for new functionality or process changes




- Identify root causes of CFIN transaction errors and drive resolution with teams
- Perform monthly reconciliations between CFIN and the consolidation system
- Analyze reconciliation differences and coordinate with Finance/IT/source ERP teams
- Support finance reporting coordination with Reporting & Analytics
- Support master data needs for new legal entities, trading partners, reporting and acquisitions

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or similar
- Strong interest in finance processes, systems, data and digital transformation
- Good analytical skills, attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and collaboration with integral teams
- Ability to work independently while staying connected with the team and escalate when needed
- SAP, master data or reporting tool experience is a plus
- Willingness to work across time zones when required
